Where Alignment Delivers
At Citi Ventures, The Mindset Group facilitated an executive retreat to transform a new team into a cohesive unit with clear communication and trust. They coached executives prior to the retreat, co-created the agenda, and encouraged honest communication during the event. This led to the team being called “the most productive yet” by the executive sponsor, agreement on strategic priorities, and the implementation of accountability structures for follow-through.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, The Mindset Group coached the HR SVP of MGM National Harbor on crisis communication and urgent change management. They provided a safe space for the SVP to develop as a leader, prioritizing her well-being so she could effectively lead her team. The coaching helped her execute a change management plan that included layoffs and reorganization, leveraging the strategies discussed in their sessions.
For the United States Coast Guard, The Mindset Group facilitated an executive retreat to address team tension and miscommunication. They conducted individual coaching sessions with each participant, developed the retreat agenda, and ensured the process was inclusive. As a result, leaders created new roles, increased communication and accountability, and committed to the co-created structure.
